The location is convenient, near walking street. Both of the manager and reception lady are very nice, help me to settle every thing as they can. At first the room air condition did not work well and they changed my room immediately. Reception lady help me to contact my tour guide ,cause i do not have the local SIM card. Apart from the large comfortable room and balcony and the real good value for money, I was blown away by the helpfulness of the Manager. He personally showed me to my room, and gave me excellent recommendations of where to eat, and even let me use his personal cell phone. He introduced me to the owner of the hotel, who was equally personable. They are like a big family. The location of the hotel is an easy 5 min walk to the beach, and walking street.—Sol (NZ).


Nobody disturbed me with every day room checking, cleaning, minibar refilling e.t.c. Just ask them and they'll do. The staff did the best if you need something. I like the room - large, with new furniture, with kitchen corner, large table, king - size bed and balcony, safe box, big TV set and fridge. The hotel is close to main entertainment, shopping, transportation and dinner areas.—Yitaly (Russia).

All our rooms are in a self-contained unit. You will have your own electronic key card to the front door and your room, and so will be able to come and go as you choose with privacy assured. There is never a joiner fee.

 

Although our rooms are above The Classroom Bar they are very quiet with black-out curtains to ensure you can enjoy a restful night's sleep.

 

All our rooms are strictly non-smoking but they all have a balcony where you can go outside to enjoy a smoke and the view.

NOTES:

 

  • Please note that online payments have a 5% surcharge to cover the processing costs that we incur. Credit card payments at reception have a 3% surcharge.

  • Hotel daily base rates are subject to change. We will always notify guests whose reservations will be affected by a change with a minimum of 1 week's notice. The Class Rooms™ Hotel management will always honour pre-payments made at a lower rate. Therefore we recommend that you pre-pay for your entire reservation whenever possible to ensure you save money. We will refund the money to you if you cancel a reservation with sufficient notice (more than 48 hours before arrival).
  •  

  • Pre-payments made by credit card can only be refunded to the credit card up to 60 days from the initial charge. After that time we can only refund in cash (we hold your funds for you until your next visit). If you are worried about losing your favourite room then feel free to make a reservation more than 60 days ahead, but contact us later to pay your deposit 60 days prior to arrival to guarantee your booking.
  • HOTEL RULES

    Check in time is 16.00.

     

    Check out time is 12.00 (noon).

     

    Guests must pay for an additional night if checking in before or checking out after these times in order to guarantee access to their room. We will try to accommodate requests for early check-in but cannot guarantee that the room will be available. Check-in before 12:00 (noon) always requires payment for the night before.

     

    Late check-out requests can only be made on the day of departure before noon. No check-out later than 14:00 without payment for an extra night.

     

    We can securely store your bags for you while you await access to your room on check-in or for your taxi after check-out.

     

    DEPOSITS

     

    First time guests of our hotel must pay a deposit for one night to secure a confirmed reservation. Without a deposit there is no guarantee of room availability on your arrival. Similarly any room rate quote you have been given is not guaranteed without a deposit and is subject to change without notice.

     

    RETURNING CUSTOMERS

     

    Classroom VIPs are exempt from the need to pay a deposit to receive a confirmed reservation (except at Xmas and New Year).

     

    All guests must pre-pay for each night they stay in a room. They cannot check in before payment is received for at least one night. They can only remain in the room for days where payment has been made.

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY

     

    Full deposit refund will only be given if cancellation is made 48 hours (2 days) or more before the reserved check-in time.

     

    XMAS & NEW YEAR

     

    The Class Rooms Hotel™️ is full every year between December 21st and January 3rd. We have to deny many reservation requests for this period. In order to not disappoint our regular guests only to be left with empty rooms when somebody cancels late, we are forced to alter the deposit and cancellation policy during this time.

     

    If your stay overlaps with this holiday period we impose the following rules for reservations:

     

  • Minimum stay of 4 nights with a pre-paid deposit (even for VIPs).

     

  • Full deposit refund only if you cancel 120 hours (5 days) or more before the reserved check-in time.

     

    This allows us to inform the people on our “standby” list that a room is available. Walk-ins during this period are not subject to these rules but do risk being turned away to wander the town seeking refuge from the snow.
